Culinary design class, HIT, 2021
As part of a culinary design class we were asked to choose a traditional dish and make a change in it. I chose Amba, a sauce made from mango. It is usually eaten with the Sabih dish. It have a stinky smell, it is very liquid and makes everything around dirty. I was looking for a solution for these problems and how we can still enjoy the wonderful taste of the ambala. as a result, I created slices of ambala.
